Terms of service

Shayna B Jewelry will ship any in-stock items within 3 days of placing the order. Time of delivery depends on shipping method selected. The shipping time of custom orders will depend on the arrangements made upon the placing of the order.

Items may be returned due to dissatisfaction with condition or quality within 2 weeks of receipt of item. Any returns made after this point will be charged a 20% return fee.
